Christmas for Kids Enrollment Form

We have a special day planned for all kids ages 4 through 5th grade on Saturday, December 22, 2007. There will be Christmas songs, games, and snacks, and most important of all—the Christmas story! This special event takes place from 9:15-noon. Lunch is included. Register below or call Pastor Endorf (693-8612). Items in bold are required.
